The procedure is as follows:
- Input your email address into the form and submit it
- Your email address is checked against the user database
- If a match is found an email is sent to the address associated with that account containing a password reset key and a reminder of your username
- You are redirected to a page where you can enter the key that has been sent to you and select a new password
- If the reset key submitted matches the key sent to you via email, your password is reset and you are emailed details of your new username/password.
